SOOOOOOOO SLOW. We had to pay an extra hour because they were moving like turtles to unload...

The workers showed up late with their 10 yr old kid. They were very fast, but I specifically asked for experienced movers to properly load a truck for a cross country move. They did zero of the packing and brought down items in the wrong order. It was so unorganized that we ran out of room in the truck. We ended up sending them on so we could unpack and repack the truck correctly. It cost us an extra 2 hrs of work done by us. I wouldn't recommend this service again.

The movers did a great job. They were on time, couteous and efficient. They were able to unload my truck in a little over an hour and helped arrange the furniture.

I was very impressed by the speed and professionalism of this company.
The movers were very pleasant and careful with my things.
It was a very rough move (down 5 flights of stairs and across a large snow drift) but they took it in stride and got the job done.
When I got to California (3077 miles) the items in the truck were packed very well and there was no damage.
I highly recommend this company.

Because of a lot of different circumstances I ended up asking them to come later than i really needed them and so they worked only 2 hours out of the 3 hours I paid for them because I had done most of the work before they got there.
I had called the boss to ask them to come earlier in the day, and he said he would call back, but he never did.
When did arrive at the time I had originally asked them to come, they were great workers and got all the heavy and big stuff off the truck.
I had asked them to bring a dolly and that was not brought.
Overall, they were good to work with. I'm just a little bitter that I had to pay for the extra hour of work, but it was my mistake.
