Had a very smooth experience through our movers from CNS. We had hired two helpers for two hours to help move everything from our 1BD apartment into a storage unit. Two workers came on time (actually, even a bit early!), they came ready to work and managed to help move everything into the unit seamlessly and even with a smile on their faces through the heat. Were respectful of everything and would use them again.

My two guys had great attitudes - They showed up early, worked very hard with smiles on their faces the whole time and when the going got tough (ie keys got locked inside the apartment right at the beginning of the move! yikes!!!!) they where active in helping problem solve and ended up SCALING my fire escape to go through the open window and unlock door so move could continue.
When was first about to write this I was going to give them 5 stars bc of their work ethic.
However, upon unpacking (moved out of state) we discovered that they were very careless in how they packed our POD unit. Really good wood furniture was nicked, boxes marked "fragile" were clearly tossed and not placed in safe spots, and without permission they put packing tape on my wooden coffee table to prevent it from opening (has opening feature in which top lifts into desk). It has been quite a struggle to remove the tape residue and has caused permanent damage.
Unfortunately, I do not think I could recommend this company, because although I wasn't overly vigilant of how they packed the POD, I also don't feel that they were careful/respectful with our property. While they had great attitudes and worked hard, ultimately they did not take good care of our property, and I would have rather gone with a company that would have been more careful.

This was the worst company I have ever used! They showed up with no dolly as advertised, just a backpack. They drug my furniture across hard wood floors and scratched it. Then proceeded to shove my sofa in the truck without wrapping it or waiting for someone to help wrap it thus causing the entire back to get ripped and on top of that they scraped the front of it against the ceiling thus resulting in huge chunks of wood being chipped off!! I paid them for 2 hours and after 30 minutes they left as though they couldn't get out fast enough. They threw my clearly labeled "fragile glass " boxes in the truck without blinking. I am so upset by this experience as they claim to be a professional moving company, yet the only good thing I can say is that they arrived on time. Don't waste your time or money, because they also say online that they charge about $50 less per 2 hours than what you are billed.

I would highly recommend this company. Rommel and Rodrigo, my helpers on this two hour job, were on time, were pleasant and courteous, were focused and industrious, and got the job done. I would definitely hire them again.
