I had a last minute cancelation from another company...So, I was really nervous at first signing up. But they arrived right on time, were very easy to work with throughout the day. An excellent experience overall and no complaints.

Got exactly what I wanted. Hired two guys for 2hours to unload a uhaul (mostly to get some heavy furniture pieces up to a 4th floor walk up aprt.). Guys were friendly, on time and worked hard.

Our movers showed up late but were very friendly. They did not seem like they were really ready to help me move and having a dolly or something would have been helpful. At first they were moving kind of slow and weren't sure the most efficient way to move my things but they picked it up towards the end. They were very friendly but did not seem totally prepared.

My movers were excellent. Right on time called me the day before the move to confirm. Worked hard and fast in a 4th floor walk-up. I would definitely use them again. Finished ahead of time and handled our furniture carefully. Thanks again!

The two workers were supposed to be there at 2:00 but I received a call at 2:10 saying they'd been held up, but they were at my door by 2:30. Once there they worked diligently and very efficiently until everything was moved, which was well within my two hour time block. I would definitely use these guys again - they were strong, fast, courteous, and helped me do whatever I asked them to help with - like moving things up into my storage loft. The only negative thing is that they were very sweaty, having already worked a few jobs that day. So, I might suggest an extra T-shirt if they are working all day, but that's a fairly minor point. Overall, this was a very positive experience. Definitely recommend.

Two helpers arrived from Movers Top Team 20 minutes early. They were extremely friendly, efficient, and professional, and moved our entire truck into our apartment in less than 45 minutes! We were thrilled. Spending the money for these helpers was a great decision, and Movers Top Team made a very stressful situation smooth and nearly effortless.

They were amazing! There is no other word to describe how wonderful it is to have 2 enthusiastic and professional individuals move your belongings with a smile. We had a FULL 10 foot truck that needed to be unloaded and carried up 3 flights of stairs into our new apartment. Booked the Movers Top Team for 3 hours to complete the task, slightly worried that it would not be enough time. They finished in an hour and a half, and completed the job with care. No banging walls, no complaints, and we ended up with thoughtfully stacked boxes and belongings in our new apartment. I would absolutely use this service again and again.

Movers Top Team called me 2 hours prior to our scheduled appointment, 6pm, to inform me they would be 1 hour late, 7pm, which was fine. However, they didn't show up until 9pm, a total of 3 hours late. I never received a phone call in that time period nor could I get in touch with anyone at the company. The only number I had kept going to voicemail. I had to reschedule my entire moving plans and I cancelled the appointment with Movers Top Team. When they did arrive, they were apologetic and also said they tried to contact me, which was not the case.

The two gentlemen arrived on time and got to work immediately. My daughter and I were in the apartment, my husband in the truck. The workers organized which items they wanted next and so we had a wonderful rhythm going for the entire time they were at the apartment. They are hard workers, very polite and they wasted no time in getting the apartment emptied in a very reasonable amount of time. Thank you so much for providing these wonderful individuals and we will make sure that we recommend your company in the future. They made a very stressful day a pleasure. We now know that our daughter's move into her new apartment in Baltimore will be as much a pleasure as this part of the journey.

I had two men for two hours to do an unload in NYC into a walk-up apartment. These guys were absolutely great. They were there on time, worked very together very efficiently and finished ahead of my time expectation for the job. I was on a really tight turn-around schedule for the equipment and this part of the job, which could have had the most hiccups to it, went absoutely perfect. (this is a resend to correct twp typos)

They were terrific, professional and worked so fast! We actually ended up giving them a big tip for all the great work they did. We were late arriving because we were traveling from PA, but they waited for us, kept a parking for us, right outside our place and never hassled us with any issues. They were so great! We had a great move thanks to the guys at Movers Top Team. We moved half a block away from one fourth floor apartment to another and thought we could do it ourselves. We decided to hire movers last minute and that night stumbled upon HireAHelper.com. The next day as promised, they were there on time. I was so impressed with how much they carried over (yes carried!) in under two hours. If/when we move again, we will definitely go with these guys. Great service at a very reasonable price. The team here, coordinated by Angel, was very helpful and cooperative, working quickly and diligently until 10:00 pm to get everything into my apartment in NYC. I would recommend them to anyone.

Initially I made reservations through "Hire a Helper" for assistance with moving in NYC with "Gus Moving Help". These guys are absolutely horrible! If Hire a Helper didn't take them off their list of helpers, don't even consider them! They let me down in a last moment when I was in my way from NJ with loaded truck, despite I even reconfirmed with them a day before. I have do give credit to Hire a Helper customer service who took care of the situation promptly, and within an hour- hour and a half I had two guys from Movers Top Team. What a difference! Really nice two fellows fast, carefull, professionally moving staff to the six floor without elevator. The owner Luis conducts his business really professionally, he called me right away - remeber it was on an hour notice, gave me an estimated time for his workers to arrive, they were on time. Then he called to follow up on the performance. It was a real pleasure to deal with them. I would strongly recommend them to any one!

We loved our movers. There was a technical error on the website, and so our order was lost. I called Hire a Helper, and they immediately called the company we had hired and rectified the error. Our team showed up in one hour, and were AWESOME. They moved the entire contents of our one bedroom apartment into our truck. They were gracious about our dog who was barking at them the entire time. All of our things were loaded without any problem; the guys loaded the stuff in the truck like a very intricate jigsaw puzzle. They showed enormous attention to detail and packed the truck so that it did not wobble at all during our two day drive. They finished what would have taken my husband and I five-six hours to do in three. They lifted extremely heavy pieces of furniture and did not break a thing. All of our wedding china arrived at our new location without so much as a chip. I would insist that if you are moving, hire these guys to load your truck and you will not be disappointed. They are worth every penny and then some. Courteous, kind, communicative, professional, and there to expedite the process as quickly as possible.

Mover was polite, efficient, and did a solid job moving the boxes. However, he did not buzz my apartment when he arrived and thus I did not know he was there. As a result, he did nothing the first hour while the clock was ticking. He did call my cell phone to let me know he was there, but apparently only after waiting down there for over half an hour. Fortunately, the job took less than 45 minutes, and thus I did not have to pay any additional amount above the $109 for the two-hour minimum. The dispatcher sounded intent on pulling the mover off the job after the two hours from when the worker supposedly arrived, and this attitude prevents me from recommending this particular vendor to others.

These guys were fabulous. They were friendly, super professional, on time (early, actually!), and completely non-plussed (at least outwardly) by the fact that we got stuck in traffic and were quite late. They worked for five hours without so much as a bathroom break, and were very efficient and careful with our belongings. Some boxes ended up on the wrong floor, but upon inspection, they were poorly labeled, so i can't really blame it on Top Team. We were so impressed and extremely happy with the job they did.

I hired 2 helpers for a studio-size move. They were phenomenal. Friendly, extremely courteous, fast and careful with things. They even removed lightbulbs and shades from lamps to make sure nothing broke in transit, and reassembled the lamps at the new place. One of the guys was 30 min. late due to a train delay, but he kicked it into high gear once he arrived, and we finished the whole move in under 2 hours, as planned.

They showed up early and worked straight through. We walked through apartment before starting so we could review my methods. Items were labeled to go three different places so I wanted things brought to truck by destination label. Luis did a great job bringing things in order for me to load the truck. nothing was broken.

We had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend Hire a Helper to our friends. We hired 2 people to help us move a 1 bedroom apartment from Manhattan to Queens- they arrived 15 minutes early, ready to work, and had a good attitude the entire time. Additionally, the service from the office was attentive and professional. The rates were reasonable and the service 5 star. Thanks!
