A positive movers were fantastic! Right from the beginning we had a positive experience and I would definitely use them again! Our move was very last minute and they accommodated us with very little notice. They told us to call when we arrived at the apartment and they were there less than 5 minutes later… even though we arrived an hour before our scheduled time! The movers were friendly and professional…and strong. They easily and quickly moved all our things and were careful with everything. And they had checked with us before to make sure they had whatever equipment they might need. Definitely a great experience and I highly recommend A positive movers!!

Arrived a half hour later than they shared in text the morning of move. Then claimed they arrived on time when it came to submitting final invoice. Regretting providing a $50 tip per mover after being challenged about arrival time.
Struggled with moving large pieces…which led to scratches and damage to a few pieces.

Absolutely wonderful. My movers called and said they'd arrive in 10 minutes. On one of the hottest days of the year, they came ready to work and did not take a break. They were on time, very hard working, fast and extremely professional. I definitely recommend them!

The team arrived on time and went straight to work and did not stop for 2 straight hours in 90+ degree heat. They packed a 16' POD and 15' U-Haul truck to the brim! We drove the truck several hours the following day and not one item shifted or became dislodged. During the packing process they even counseled us on how to better prepare/wrap items to avoid potential damage. Hopefully I never have to move again, but if I were to, I would hire these guys.

They were on time and generally did work hard; however, their packing of the pod left a lot to be desired. I had a dozen moving blankets available…they used ONE! As a result, I have scratched and damaged furniture. They needed frequent reminders of what needed to be put in the POD but still forgot my TV. When I pointed it out, the supervisor for the job gave me a lot of attitude as if it was my fault and said that the POD was full. They would squeeze it in but I had to sign a waiver saying that they were not responsible for damage to it. If I didn’t sign it, moving it would be my responsibility. I’m a single woman, moving from a second floor apartment in a house (so no elevator) with a small car and the TV is 50”! How am I going to manage that? There were a lot of other things left behind as well including furniture items but they took all of the totes which I could have managed better on my own. Overall, not a positive experience!

Marcus and Philip were wonderful: efficient, good communicators, polite. Neil however (who is the supervisor) was unprofessional and rude: he mocked my voice after I asked him a question, kept spitting as he walked outside, and overall had an aggressive demeanor. Moving is stressful enough as is; I would not recommend working with Neil.

Worst moving company I’ve ever Experienced in my life. As a fellow service provider I’m ashamed to even have to write this but other customers trying to book this company should know. They not only came to the job drunk but the owner was one of them. A horrible example to set for your employees. We paid $415 for 2 hours and when they got there tried to charge $150 extra and add $180 extra for a 3rd guy that we didn’t ask for and told them not to. The owner was very unprofessional calling the customer a liar , even the drivers of our moving truck the same . I wish that we can post screen shots of our messages to see how unprofessional they are but I’ll settle for a copy and paste. Buyer beware , do not recommend
