Good evening I just read your review in regards to my company. You booked us for 3 hours because i just opened up the work order to make sure and it was 100 percent for 3 hours which my guys did work the entire time. As for text and rebooting we absolutely have no control over that, once order come in we execute the move so I have no clue about that and once again I can assure you it wasn't my company. We did not just throw your items inside the truck, you had a lot of loose and miscellaneous items that we had to be put in last and they were placed inside the truck once we got all of the big items in. The reason it took that amount of time(which is the time you requested) is because we understand that you have to drive and we try our best to make sure your items arrive safely. I apologize for your experience but I can assure you that my guys went above and beyond for your move. I pride myself on customer satisfaction

Padro it's not nice to lie. I have a reputation of quality work and honesty. We went above and beyond for your move. After all the back and forth about you saying having a truck and when my guys arrive you don't, we still showed up left and came back again. My guys worked as fast and efficiently that they could. It was a 5th floor senior living home where everyone used the the same elevator which I may add the elevators were extremely slow and stopped on every floor. You constantly berated my guys and lied to me. My guys felt so uncomfortable that they wanted to leave but I insisted they stayed and finished. I came there and helped and I can assure you nothing was damaged when we left. Your father said that he had some other things that he wanted to put on the truck and that he was going to tie everything done. I specifically said to him please tell Pedro what you told us because he have been giving us a hard time and I don't want any issues. He said "I will tell and again I will tie everything down". It was a 3 to 4 hour drive so I told him if he needed us to come back and tie it down we would but he said he got it. I asked him was he satisfied, he said yes then we shook hands and left. Not at on point anything damaged not absolutely nothing was stolen. Where would we put it because I was and took the guys with me. Pedro I don't usually go back and forth but when someone utterly lie and make false accusations about my crew and business I take offense to that. Be honest
