The crew was late, but understandably due to vehicle trouble. I had to call to check on them when they were 45 minutes late, and they didn’t make it until two hours after the scheduled time. I didn’t get to observe how both containers were loaded, but based on the little I saw as the second one was loaded, I’ma little concerned about how things will look when unloaded. The crew was courteous and they worked hard, but the crew lead wasn’t as talented as I hoped for. I tipped them all for working hard.

Great attitude and strong men. Very pleasant to talk with and since I only had them for a short time 30 minutes max, to load a trailer. They even moved furniture for me, that needed to be moved. Would highly recommend.

Called at 4:00 on a Thursday afternoon for a few guys to load a rental truck for a move out of state the next day at 10 - 11. They called and said they were running a little behind. They showed up at about 11:30 and worked their butts off to load a 16 foot truck. Filled it to the back door in about an hour and a half. Could not have happier. They did a great job. Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
