They arrived on time and worked hard until the job was done, not easy since it was from a 3rd floor apartment to another 3rd floor apartment! These guys could carry anything up 2 flights of narrow stairs...very impressive!

The 3 movers were very polite and kept working while there and we have no complaints about them and the way they loaded the truck especially since the truck came with no ramp.

I thought the helpers were prompt, courteous, and hard working. In general, I thought they did a very good job and was well satisfied. However, shortly after they left, I discovered a box of china, clearly marked "China/Fragile" packed UPSIDE DOWN with the box partially crushed because a large arcade game was resting on top of the box. Hopefully, no damage, but we will see. Also, I then discovered that the glass-fronted scoreboard of this large game, was facing the center of the POD, rather than the wall. I believe better choices should have been made.
Lastly, the movers were willing but clearly lacked the experience to pack and move a grand piano. I chose to call a piano mover.
My final reaction will depend largely upon if there is damage when we unpack at the destination.
