I gave this rating because all the guys did not seem to be experienced movers.
Mosias (not sure of spelling) was most experienced and the other 2 relied heavily on him to do a lot of the work.

Halls Mini Warehouse- load moving truck -9am-10am start time showed up at 12:30, at noon I was called and told it would be around 12:15 and asked if that was ok. More like 12:30, 2 and a half hours later than requested and confirmed 4 helpers ordered, 4 helpers showed up, 3 still in high school, one just graduated- which isn’t a problem, only one helper seemed to be knowledgeable and the other three I question had any experience at all moving, they tried but was very limited on what they could do, with 4 movers they need to be organized, follow orders and be mindful of the clients home and belongings, mostly they where not, I had some very heavy items- reason for 4 helpers. There was a lot of 1 working and 3 watching. Very expensive for what you get, yes I am very disappointed, I could count the reviews I have made on 1 hand, this review needed to be made. At time of review the truck was just loaded.
Thank you for your review. Our arrival window was between 10am-11am. Sorry, for being late. Our first job took longer than the customer estimated. I’m not a fan for a 4 man crew either. Again, Thank you

The two young men ( sorry can't remember their names) we had were FANTASTIC! They showed up on time (even called to see if they could show up a little sooner) and were ready to get to work. I was impressed how they informed us of damaged items. The trailer had leaked and they showed genuine concerned when our mattress absorbed most of the moisture. They were very personal and respectful to me and my husband. I would definitely use them again and I'll recommend them to others. THANK YOU!!!!!

Our helpers communicated that they were on the way and again when they arrived. They arrived on time and immediately started working. The renovation on our home wasn't completely finished, so our things had to be carefully stacked in a few rooms. The helpers put things exactly where I instructed and were careful in handling them. Certain large items needed to be partially disassembled to go up the stairs and the helpers were both patient and helpful with taking them apart and putting them back together. Overall, our experience was excellent and I would recommend Hall's to others.

Two men worked really hard for 4 hours. They were really good at packing the Pod to use every square inch. They did gouge a wood laminate floor slightly with a filing cabinet. I would recommend this company and these guys.

They were on time, worked very hard (even finished early), were respectful of our property and wrapped and secured everything really well. They were also very knowledgeable about how to pack the container. There were personable, polite and professional. We couldn't have asked for more!
