I am NOT happy with this company. My original appointment time was 12-1 pm. After I called them early in the morning to verify my appointment, I was then told they were running a little behind and my time was pushed out. Long story short, they didn't show up until 5:30 pm, my u-haul was due back at 7 pm. I DID relay this information to them, they did not seem to care. My daughter and I wound up loading the u-haul ourselves, and when they didn't show up at the house for unloading on the new suggested time (was supposed to be there at 3:30, didn't show up until 5:30), I started unloading myself.
When they finally arrived at 5:30, they were there for a total of 45 minutes and I was "REQUIRED" to pay for 2 hours (minus a 10% discount for my inconvenience...HA, they should have payed me for doing their job that I hired them to do), even though they did not show up OR call me to keep me updated on their ETA. Once they finally got there, the guys were nice, but they left me stranded to where I had to either do it myself or pay for another day for the u-haul.
Also, when I called to complain about having to pay for the full 2 hours, I was told by Drew in customer service, if I accepted the 10% discount (which I had to do at that moment) that I would have no grounds to challenge the charges later on. Shady as hell, if you ask me.
I would recommend DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The helpers were right on time got going immediately and they were amazing Very energetic and worked hard the entire time Had tremendous manners and a terrific work ethic. Not only that but we had them move some pieces of furniture multiple times I would hire them again with no reservations

My movers came on time and were friendly. They worked fast and made sure everything got in my POD safely. They asked if they had questions about specific items, and wrapped my furniture in the moving blankets I provided. If I wasn't moving out of town I would hire them again.
