Received call early in morning after confirming time night before to move time up. I told them it was impossible. The earliest I could arrive was 10 am. 11 was scheduled. Showed up @ 10. One mover was there. The second mover never showed up. My son helped this guy move the stuff out of the pod. If my son would not have been there, stuff would have been broken and the move would have taken even longer. I have been charged for two helpers and an extra hour. Specified to provider tools needed to reassemble bed frame. Told no problem. Did not bring tools so I couldn’t do it either. Bed frame left in pieces. Mattress on floor. The mover was very nice, he just needed help. ??

Crew leader was very knowledgeable on ow to stack and secure the furniture. He made us feel very comfortable that our furniture would arrive at destination in the same condition in which they were loaded.

They are very hard workers, they came early, they did a good job of loading, the only thing I have to say is I asked for supplies of rope a straps, and bubble wrap, and the loaders said that they was not given to them to use.
