We had three large PODS for a cross country move, and we used Moving Zoom for all three days of POD packing. What a good choice that was!
On day three we ran into a scheduling problem. I scheduled Moving Zoom for the morning, but the third POD didn’t arrive until afternoon. It was Saturday in July, and the Moving Zoom crew was naturally booked for other jobs all afternoon.
It was our final POD, and we had plane tix out of SFO that same evening for NYC. Our move to the east coast was to happen THAT NIGHT. I was screwed.
Moving Zoom came to the rescue.
They completed their afternoon jobs, and drove an hour BACK to San Francisco to get my third POD loaded in the late afternoon/evening.
We made our flight.
Our move was a success. And it wouldn’t have been possible without Moving Zoom. Those four guys worked so hard and so tirelessly to get me and my family back on schedule.
It’s rare to see such dedicated customer care in today’s modern world. Moving Zoom went above and beyond. They solved MY scheduling mistake and got me and my family out on time.

The coordinator Pat was very communicative and proactively helped us with an unforeseen container delivery issue, and stayed in touch the whole time before the team arrived to make sure all went smoothly with our move in. John and Bob did an UNBELIEVABLY great job with everything, they helped us get two containers unloaded, up the stairs, and in the apartment in less than two hours, and we couldn't be more thankful for their assistance. If you’re packing a POD or a truck on your own, they will more than pay for themselves in terms of efficiency of time spent and space maximized.
It’s an art to packing a POD or truck right, and these guys are artisans.
