My wife and I have moved pretty frequently, so I'm used to loading and unloading moving trucks, usually with friends. I have awesome friends, but working with ReloPro was the fastest and easiest of the moves so far. (Two movers from ReloPro recently helped me unload a 16' truck into an 8x10 Uhaul Storage locker.) I would absolutely recommend these guys again. They showed up early for the work, were very respectful and careful with my stuff, and were really thoughtful with how we could stage the work to actually make our stuff fit into the storage locker. I'll be calling back when it is time to unload. Highly recommend!

The team arrived right on time and got right to work. They hustled boxes off that truck and down the stairs into the back of our basement. They were careful with my stuff and they were respectful of me. I most certainly will use them again. Wonderful resource to have found for all those times I'm not able to do the heavy work. The movers were flexible and able to show up at an earlier time, which was nice. The initial loading of my pod took movers under an hour, but the unloading took much longer. The final leg of my move was pretty stressful unfortunately. I had a couch to move upstairs which became quite an ordeal. Initially they wanted a screwdriver to try and remove the banister. Then as they got the couch up the stairs they realized they should take the feet off the couch. One of the feet was hard to get off, and instead of bringing the couch back down and removing it, they trudged on. Try as they might, the struggled for quite some time on the stairs, and even put some big holes in the wall which need to be repaired. Somehow they managed to make a hole in the ceiling as well. The couch has a rip and some wear from all the inefficient moving. A piece of glass from an end table was broken too. Everything seemed to be moving so slowly, so I went out to my pod to unload easy items. When I came in I found one of the workers on his cell phone, not moving anything. The whole experience was a mess and it felt like the movers had never done this before.

The two gentlemen that came were able to help us unload a 26ft truck in 2.5 hours. Very polite, very fast, extremely professional. We are very satisfied.
