Our move to Florida had one hiccup. The moving guys were great. We had some damage to a 48" TV (busted screen). An item was not secured properly and fell into the TV.
My complaint is with the owner Steve S.. The crew took picture of the broken TV screen and told me the item that fell into the TV was not secured properly. The moving guys had me call the owner, Steve S.. Steve said he would handle the claim after the move was finished. After the move, I had a few questions and left him daily phone messages for two weeks. None of the messages were ever returned and its been a month. It was terrible customer service. I would not recommend Strick-Fos Moving from Hire A Helper.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It’s always great to be prepared, Our company understands that it can sometimes be difficult to prepare for a move when you are on a tight schedule or last minute. Feel free to contact us for any questions or concerns you may have. We are always available to help.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have completed thousands of local and long distance moves over the years including both residential and commercial moves. We are experienced in disassembling, reassembling, and transporting any type of piano( upright, baby grand and even grand). We can also move any items around in your home for you upon request.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I personally enjoy the opportunity to meet new people and I enjoy being able to travel to different locations that I haven’t visited before. Mostly, I enjoy hearing positive feedback from all of our wonderful customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are knowledgeable in wrapping & packaging household items as well as loading each container in a way that maximizes all available space!! In addition, all crew members are background checked and have at least 2 or more years of moving experience prior to starting with us.
