The were on time, and started working as soon as they arived. They worked solid for the 3 hours I needed them taking minimal if any breaks ( water/bio ).

The guys really went the extra mile on our move. The apartment we were moving out of painted the door the morning we were moving... I thought we had a disaster on our hands! But no! The guys from alta proceeded to take all the furniture out the windows without so much as a second thought, and not one scratch!
