I never had problems communicating with J Sutton. They always picked up the phone and knew who I was and when my move was taking place.
I requested liability insurance, as it was required by the building I was moving to. They told me it would be extra, which is expected, and were able to get me the level of liability insurance that the building required.
When they showed up, the 2 gentlemen were very courteous and professional. They got to work immediately and were very efficient with the unloading of our truck.
I would definitely recommend J Sutton & Co for moving services, and I will certainly use them again if and when I move again.

We are a moving company that needed help for our driver loading a small shipment. The guys sent out to help us were blatantly talking about needing to milk the clock because they didn't want "money taken out of their pockets." This was being said in front of our customer that we were loading. They were combative with our driver when he kept asking them to be professional and pick up the pace a little bit. All in all, we were charged for 5 hours of labor for a job that should have taken no more than 2-3. The disrespectful and unprofessional behavior exhibited by this company's employees was completely unacceptable, and our company would never tolerate this from our employees. We cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone else.
