Brian's crew adjusted to our schedule and a last minute change of location. The crew had a great work ethic and was very courteous/professional as well. I would recommend them and I will use them in the future.

Unfortunately I have nothing positive to write here. Brian and his crew were booked well in advance to our moving day and then despite being polite and professional over the phone they did not show up for the move (needless to say that left us in a bad situation).Making matters worse when I have tried to retrieve payment which had already been made online they were again polite over the phone but my refund has yet to appear (it has been 2 weeks). I would recommend ANY other mover. Brian and his business have failed on every front with me and have taken money ($162.00) for a service they knowingly did not provide (which is the same as theft). I'd be willing to accept it as a mistake if they would simply return my money. I hope that I can post in the future that they have made things right by me. Until then steer clear of this group.
