This company was awful. This was by far the worst moving experience I have ever had. They were unprofessional (one of the movers yelled at the other one a handful of times), and they were very rough with my items.
The worst example (of a few) was when they damaged my grandmother's dresser. First, the movers told me they would inform their managers immediately, but they never did. Then when I filed a claim with the company, they told me "There's no way I'm giving you money for something that isn't even worth that."

I had a few issues with the movers. I was told I had to pay for three hours and they were finished loading the POD in an hour and a half. I purchased blankets for them to use and found most of them still folded in the POD when it was unloaded. I have a lot of damage to my wooden furniture because of how it was packed. I covered the mattresses with bags and they still managed to get the open side of the mattress dirty. There's a hold in my box spring cover. There are scratches and significant dings in several of my furniture pieces. I think they could have done a better job packing. I do not think I would use them again. I tipped them $100 in addition to the $540 charge. I am filing a claim with Hire a Helper.
