REDICULOUS! First of all they were supposed to be at our house between 7:00 & 8:00 AM but didn't show up until lunchtime! What a freaking joke! I would bet those guys never carried a piece of furniture in their lives. Not a lick of common sense! Didn't know how to turn the furniture to get it through the front door, banged my expensive leather furniture along the walls then shoving and forcing it through the door. They dropped one of my daughters band instruments! I asked them to be careful but they didn't give a rats ass about our belongings! They stood on top of my washing machine. They tossed their empty monster drink cans out of their car into my yard! And their excuse was they didn't know where the garage can was! Had huge garage can right outside and they never bothered asking where is the garage can but they sure knew how to ask if they could have some gum and where the bathroom was and if they could use it, oh and ask if we had an iPhone charger and if they could use that! I have very expensive furniture that I have waited a long time to be able get for these idiots to come in and damage! Omg they shoved and forced things into the uhaul so by doing that I had some damage from it riding like that for 10 hours! What a freaking nightmare! I would NOT recommend these guys to anyone! So anyway we had to pay $400.00 for some African idiots and an older white guy to cause damage to our belongings! You could tell they didn't care, they were just in a hurry! We are not happy with these people at all! Won't know the extent of damage for a while because everything is in a climate control storage! Very unhappy, Mrs. Chesson

Waji and Jeff did a great job! I called them at the last minute and they worked very hard. They saved me! Pleasant and professional and they respected my home and my "stuff". Will hire again when I need movers.

Hit walls (nothing serious). Once they were "mostly" done, I had to keep asking for things to be done that I think they should have known to do. For example, We had to unwrap furniture, pick up our tools-- which they used and left all over house, fold furniture pads as U-haul charged us $25 to do. Some pieces of a weight rack were left in truck, they left furniture pads strewn around house and garage.

Two helpers came to load, one, Jeff was just fine and very helpful. The other, Eric(?) did not listen to my wishes and concerns about some of the boxes I had filled with artwork, he also used my bathroom, did not lift the seat, peed on it and didn't flush. what the hell.

Really hard working crew to unload two 26' and 20' trucks in the Oklahoma heat and humidity. After we started the previous day. Two loaders finished in under two hours and there were several very heavy items to unload. They got it all done with zero damage. They were much better than the crew that we had in California where 3 movers took 6.5 hours to load and serveral items were damaged in transport.
