We hired a 3 man crew to unload a 26' truck. Overall these guys were pretty good. We have some valuable antiques and some heavy pieces and they were careful with both. They were also polite and showed up right on time. Of the 3 guys 2 were wonderful but I guess perfection is a little unrealistic. I would use them again.

The service provided by Patt's was sub par to anything I have experienced. The two gentlemen were disrespectful to my belongings, they dropped a box of christmas items and did not even apologize. They had no idea how to pack a storage unit, my items were stacked incorrectly with small boxes supporting large boxes. I hired someone to do this work because they are the "experts", I was sadly mistaken. I will never recommend this company. Furthermore I feel that the price was ridiculously high. I will say that the two men arrived on time. Hireahelper.com is a wonderful site and I will continue using them. Be careful of Patt's moving and storage!
