5 Melissa C, Irvine CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 3/6/2012 Really fantastic! Super guys, arrived on time and were quick and careful. Highly recommended!
5 Bernadette M, West Covina CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 1/8/2012 I was having anxiety about packing and moving, but thankfully I called Tri-County Movers to help me. They were great. Packed everything with great care, were organized, walked me through what I needed and told me not to worry they were there for me. And Wow, their employees were happy doing their jobs. They were prepared, woread morerked fast, and worked hard. Friendly, courteous and respectful of my home, pets and belongings. I would definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and family. Thank you Tri-County Movers, Christian, Tony and Steve.
5 Ian W, San Diego CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 9/8/2011 These guys were great. They had the entire 17 foot truck loaded in a little over 2 hours and they were very polite and friendly. They worked very hard in very hot weather with no air conditioning. Not a single thing was broken or damaged. They were a little late, but called to let us know and it didn't affect anything.
5 Ian W, Sherman Oaks CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 9/8/2011 They did a great job. The whole truck was unloaded in 2 hours, which was pretty awesome considering they had to go up stairs and around a corner. They were nice and worked hard. They wrapped and unwrapped stuff in the blankets very quickly and expertly.
5 Rosalie H, San Clemente CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 8/19/2011 Any time I called, they answered right away. They unload quickly and asked if we needed any more help. Steve and his helper were courteous and friendly. I would recommended them.
5 Shira B, San Diego CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 8/9/2011 We needed help unloading two large relo-cubes and after reading the reviews on HireAHelper, we decided on Tri-County Movers. After submitting our request, owner Steve promptly contacted us and was super flexible working with our schedule. He sent us a pair of very nice, quick workers and with my husband's help, it took them onread morely 2 hours (we live on the 2nd floor with an elevator). Steve checked in with me during the project, which shows excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
4 Edmund G, San Pedro CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 7/2/2011 Good news, bad news. The good news is that once the movers arrived they did a great job. Moved some very heavy stuff up some difficult stairs and did not do any damage to the house or furnature. Seemed like nice guys. The bad news is that they were almost 2 hours late. I had to call them to confirm they were going to show upread more on the day agreed upon. I had to call them to find out they were going to be late. I had to give them directions to find my place after they called to say there were in Seal Beach instead of San Pedro. Again, once they showed up they were great. However, before they arrived they were less then professional to say the least.
4 Mark G, Thousand Oaks CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 7/1/2011 The helpers were greatly appreciated. They moved everything with great care. I would use them again. I highly recommend their services.

5 Angela O, Anaheim CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 3/17/2011 Did a BIG JOB in a short time! Did a great job! Thanks
3 Katherine H, Valencia CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 3/12/2011 I left three messages and sent an email to try to confirm the details of my move. Though I appreciated the quick acceptance of the job, the fact that I needed to make sure he would be able to be there at a specific time (as I will be driving 5 hours once the truck is loaded and need to leave at a decent time) and his lack of reread moresponse is why I had to cancel. I had left messages before and after he accepted so I am not sure why he was unable to call or email me back. Since it has only been 12 hours since booking and it is my schedule that made it so I had to give up on hearing from him, I am at least leaving some stars.
5 Katherine H, Valencia CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 3/12/2011 Very professional, showed up early but waited to start till I managed to get my truck, very fast and professional, would absolutely use again!
5 Greg M, Yorba Linda CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 3/8/2011 The two movers that were hired to move my apartment were 15 minutes early, and worked above and beyond their duties. They brought tools to the job site, and broke down my bed and moved two giant desks with no problem at all. They even stayed a little bit past their time requested (15-20 mins). I was very satisfied with the moverread mores, and their attitude was great as well!

We had a very short window to do it and Dave, Charles and Garrison were wonderful. They each introduced themselves from the start and worked very quickly and efficiently. Along the way we talked and they made the move quite fun which was a welcomed surprise. They werread moree personable and polite and had a sense of humor when it came to all the little things that usually stress movers out. 1 Chandra E, Riverside CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 11/23/2010 I was disappointed from the very start, they show up without the equipment they state is included in the price. They damaged my couch and tv. One of the guys smelled like alcohol. I feel completely ripped off and every time I look at my 6 month old couch it will be terrible reminder. 5 Danielle S, Los Angeles CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 7/29/2010 We had a little trouble getting started but once we were underway I was very surprised about what a wonderful, professional job they did. This was the friendliest service I've received since moving to California! Our movers were thorough, polite, and extremely personable. Our truck was unloaded in less than the time and afterread more all that our movers were even cheery about shifting furniture around for us inside! My loyalty is always based on friendly customer service so I will definitely be using this company for my next move!
5 Cyndi V, Anaheim CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 7/27/2010 I LOVED these guys! Christian and Jesse arrived early, assessed the move and went right to work. My move was not easy and to make matters worse, I grossly underestimated the time needed. They worked non-stop for 7 hours and only took one 20 minute lunch break. They were professional, extremely careful of my furniture and knoread morewledgable in how to pack a truck and move furniture. I have used other movers in the past and these two were by far the best! Cyndi
5 Kevin S, Los Angeles CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 7/21/2010 Edgar and Jesse were amazing, best moving job I've ever had!
5 Randy L, Anaheim CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 7/17/2010 These guys don't slack off. Conscientious of the client's time and property, they take care of your move as if you were they themselves. Ask for Rick.
5 Morgan R, Irvine CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 7/16/2010 We were very happy with the help provided by Brian and Christian. They were a bit late because they got stuck in traffic, but once they arrived they were friendly, professional, and competent. We originally booked them to help us move our piano, but when they got there, they assessed that the piano actually needed 3 movers (read morewe only had 2 there), and said they would be happy to help us arrange another pick up time later. While this was slightly inconvenient, I was extremely thankful that they didn't just try to move it on their own. My piano is my baby and I would be heartbroken if it got damaged. They made the right call.
5 Jamie K, Placentia CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 7/16/2010 They were scheduled to show at 9am and work until 11a. They arrived at 8:30 and stayed until 10:30 instead, which still worked out for me. I had already started moving things myself so they went right to work. I am very happy with the service and will use them again.
5 Charlie B, Orange CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 7/14/2010 The crew was awesome! Fasst efficient, careful and friendly! Christian, Edgar and Ricky are GREAT!
1 Michael W, Los Angeles CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 7/9/2010 Started out average but ended up awful. I let a LOT of stuff roll off my back. And in fact was even called "Super Mike" by the very guys hired to help me move. (story to come later). But I simply can't sit by any longer and not express my utter disgust with this company. From the beginning there was something a little off abread moreout them. First, they never contacted me to confirm. I ended up calling the office line and the owner's cel phone. When Steve got back to me he was very apologetic and agreed that someone should have called me before then. No big deal at all if that was where it ended. Michelle finally called to confirm but it went to my voice mail. So the next day from the road I called her back and went to her voice mail but assured her that I was coming and was going to be there on time and that I had already confirmed with Steve the owner. She calls back again and I confirm with her in person (now for the third time confirming) that indeed I was going to be in LA as scheduled. Again, no big deal, more of a funny annoyance at the time. Then I arrive in LA ahead of schedule and Edgar the mover calls me to confirm that I was going to be there on time. At this point I was like, you have got to be kidding me, but still laughing I told Edgar that I had now confirmed four different times and that yes I was already there ahead of schedule. Edgar was really excited with this news and said he'd be there early. Great! Wrong. Edgar showed up late. Still no big deal. I was friendly and just excited to be in LA. Now I live on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator. I also have really nice actual wood and very heavy (read not cheap IKEA particle board) furniture. I informed TriCounty movers of this ahead of time when I filled out the form to hire them. But of course that information wasn't given to Edgar. That being said, Edgar was a sport. He apologized for being late and vouched that they could get my furniture upstairs undamaged b/c they know several "magic tricks". I said great and told them I'd help them carry boxes up. Then Edgar made the comment that his helper friend needed to get out of the car and start helping. I said nothing. Eventually we were able to pull his helper out of the car to start working and we started the process. Edgar's helper was NOT made to be a mover. He was furious about the stairs and was honestly flat out lazy. Edgar yelled at him several times to keep working and was getting very frustrated with him as time went on. I feel for the man - it was hard work. But you know what? I didn't ask him to be a mover. He chose to do the job. So ummm pick up some boxes and move. I continued working through out moving multiple boxes up by hand while Edgar and his helper used dollies. Finally came time for the big furniture. They were really rough on my couch. Knocking it into walls and flipping it onto the platform. At this point I was a nervous wreck and it was breaking my heart. I actually politely reminded them that the dresser couldn't be treated that way and Edgar said "OK Boss, we'll get it up there". And I continued muscling up boxes three at a time. When they finally moved the dresser, I thought Edgar's helper was going to have a heart attack. Again I felt terrible for the guy, but again, why did he sign up to be a mover?? So they decided to dolly up the dresser. Made the most sense. And in Edgar's defense, he did put a furniture pad around the dresser to protect it. However, (I'm sure you know where this is going) but when all was said and done, the top of the dresser was permanently bruised from the bolts in the dolly. Now in my defense, I never raised my voice, I never yelled or cussed, and everyone will vouch that I handled myself very professionally. We continued on with the job and even though they took a small 5 minute break, I never stopped moving boxes. We finished the job in just two hours, exactly the time scheduled. However, that's when Edgar called me Super Mike saying that the only way they finished was b/c I worked my butt off, AND laughed and said "is that how they do it back in Cincinnati?" Yes boys, that is how we do it back in the midwest. We work the job til we get it done. So at the end they wanted me to sign damage waivers and pay them. I politely refused saying I wouldn't sign or pay anything until I talk to Steve about what next steps were for the furniture. Edgar was furious saying he wouldn't get paid until I released payment. I apologized and said he needed to take that up with Steve. At that point, with Edgar as my witness, I called Steve and left him a voice mail explaining the situation and even defended Edgar saying that he tried his best to protect my furniture, but the fact remained that it had been damaged. But since it was a voice mail, I didn't feel resolved and so I sent Edgar home without signing anyhting or releasing payment. Within minutes Michelle called and was very sweet and apologetic. Again, I never raised my voice and we had a very nice polite and professional conversation about my experience. She was very apologetic and assured me that they would take care of me in every way shape or possible, but that I needed to go ahead and release payment. So I agreed with the proviso that steps would be taken to ammend the damage. That was now exactly two weeks ago, and guess what, have HEARD NOTHING from Tri-County Movers. NOT A THING! Obviously I'm not going to let this die. But I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend these movers to anyone.
5 Connie S, Irvine CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 7/7/2010 As for my input from the help we received from Edgar and Mario, they did a really good job, they were quick and had a great sense of humor. They were very pleasant and they worked extremely hard getting everything packed into our 26' U-Haul for us. Only comment, my husband had to reorganize how they loaded the truck a little read morebit but all in all, they were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We would use them again if we were in California. Thank you!
5 Richard L, Ontario CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 7/7/2010 John and Christian did a spectacular job moving everything as well as promptly. I would recommend them to anyone who need movers. Thank you for great service.
5 Dave R, Placentia CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 7/3/2010 I specifically want to comment on the actual 2 helpers that arrived at my location. Both Christian and John were very professional, understanding and courteous. Upon arrival they immediately began the move and completed it within 20 minutes and departed once I had confirmed completion via the telephone. I say this because I read morehad difficulty with the owner, Stephen Russell. To be fair I want to say that I had some difficulty obtaining the truck that I was renting to move the furniture to the helper location. I notified Stephen that I would not make the scheduled time of 2:00 PM, however, in that I had sceduled for 2 hours time I was confident that I would arrive before 3:00 PM and that would give them sufficient time to unload the 6 peices of furniture. Stephen said that would be fine because he was at another location and was running behind. Bottom line it wasn't until 6:00 PM that Christian and John arrived. They informed me that they were notified at 5:00 PM of the assignment. That tells me that Stephen was not totally honest with me. as he had said that they would be there at 4:00 Pm and Again at 5:00 PM. Bottom line is that the actual service from Christian and John was outstanding. Unfortunately, I cannot say tht for Stephen. My rating goes to Christian and John only.
5 Lisa K, San Diego CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 6/27/2010 Came early, was nice and finished quickly.
3 Marcia H, Huntington Beach CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 6/26/2010 Tri-County movers added stress to my move by not showing up on time and not providing the supplies they said they would have. The owner ended up staying and completing the job with the helpers to be sure it was done right. Once they showed up, things went smooth and they completed the job in only 1 hour.
5 Brenden H, Loma Linda CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 6/26/2010 Gilbert and Justin were fantastic. We had to move our date when the helpers arrived the first time to the next day and were told it was not a problem. Gilbert and Justin were professional, courteous and very helpful. Would highly recommend!
4 Brian J, Los Angeles CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 6/20/2010 Movers good and got everything done. They arrived late but made up for it by bringing more help at no charge.
5 Chad J, Corona CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 6/20/2010 Both the gentlemen that you have come out were great. They were respectful of my home and were very knowledgeable in the packing of the truck.
5 Matthew W, Pacoima CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 6/16/2010 Great, friendly movers. Were at the job right on time, despite me having to change it a bit. Really quick and professional.
5 Patrick K, Marina Del Rey CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 6/2/2010 The guys did an excellent job. They were very hard working, courteous, and efficient. They unloaded the truck in less time than I thought and helped put together our bed and table. great work!
5 Kent P, Burbank CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 5/29/2010 Came half hour early to do staging as requested.. Did a 4 hour job in 3 1/2. Some special handling was required on some items and they did a splendid job with them. Easy going and well mannered. Great job Eric and Mike. Kent

5 Matthew A, San Diego CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 5/22/2010 Very friendly, courteous, and VERY hard workers.
5 Lexi B, Costa Mesa CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 5/17/2010 Eric and Robert were amazing! I needed to move everything out of my 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor...(no elevator) into my 26 ft uhual. They made sure every piece of furniture was properly wrapped an taken care of so it would safely make the 4 hour drive to my new house. 5 Cathi P, San Dimas CA reviewing Tri-County Movers 10/7/2008 My Movers, Steve Russell and Robert aka Gorilla, were terrific, very accommodating and patient as I arrived at the move-in destination a tad late. They stayed overtime and moved heavy furniture around until I was satisfied with the location. This was not an easy job. They had to stop a couple of times, close up and move the trucread morek due to trash trucks and residents coming in and out of the driveway. Their attitude was always positive and friendly and I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend them for this or any service they offer. Thanks Guys!! Best of luck.
