This was a horrible experience. First we had reserved two helpers, where only one showed up and he was over two hours late. He claimed he was lost/could not find the house and deicided to go sleep over by some wall, even though we had seen him two hours before wondering around the neighborhood. (We were off the front of the neighborhood and the only people with a truck, it was very easy to find.) When we went to contact the company the numbers they had supplied us with were either not in service or just had a busy dial tone. Basically we could not get in contact with them, until we asked the helper what number they had, he actually had a number that worked. For me, that was just very unprofessional and annoying. Also, i truely believe that these people just hired this person off the street because he looked homeless. Next when we confronted the man about the situation he argued with us, telling us that he would get someone, like his brother or someone else to help. Then told us the person was too far away. Next when we told him that he still had to do the job he began complaining that we were forcing him to do the work of two people and that he was going to have to work more hours for the same pay. To be honest, he was not the only one working, my two children and I had already unloaded a third of the truck by the time he even showed up. Basically, this was a horrible experience and I will not ever use this site again. I just can not take this kind of risk again with the chance that the people either not show up or just be rude to me.

I was very unhappy with the damage to my funiture when it arrived at my new place. It was not packed or loaded correctly. I would never recormend them to anyone. it was a pleasure to have sherman as our helper. Moving in from another state your not sure who to trust. Well let me say that sherman is a complete professional. He arrived on time and did an excellent job getting our things from the truck to our apartment in an extremely quick amount of time. I highly recommened him and if I ever have to move again I certainly would use him again. Sincerely, Faith

We are so happy that we hired Mr. Latimer for our move! He was not only prompt, but actually showed up early! He worked hard and swiftly, and was courteous. If we ever move again, we would not hesitate to have him come and help us. He is a very hard worker! Thank you so much, Mr. Latimer!

Sherman Latimer is a hard working professional that I would trust and hired again without hestiation. Him and his team was early, fast but very caring with your goods. I recommend highly. 25 stars

Sherman worked hard and neatly moving boxes. He followed my requests. Sherman was professional,courteous and on time. I would hire him again.

Sherman did an AWESOME job. Very hard working, and committed to doing a great job. Worked very hard all day, and completed the job for me in excellent time! I would highly recommend Sherman to anyone who wants a good worker that will work hard to complete your job!
