Super frustrating to have them be 4 hours later than they estimated and the dispatcher kept telling me they were almost there. I had rented a u-haul and their tardiness made me push back movers on the other end. Can't let that happen. At least be transparent. Very frustrating. Ultimately, the guys worked hard and got the job done.

The folks who came did a great job.
However, I was expecting the following:
I booked for 3 hours ( 2 guys) [ total 6 person hours] per recommendation of the booking agent.
The guys who came , completed everything in 2 hours [ 2 guys for 2 hours equals 4 person hours].
I was expecting that I will not be charged for that extra 1 hour ( 2 persons) [ 2 person hours].
However they charged for the full 6 person hours , instead of the 4 person hours that they worked.

Arrived on time, worked fast, had their own loading equipment. Assessed what was needed quickly and then loaded it without more questions. Easily made the unload into our storage within time and with no damage. We would definitely recommend them, especially since our original company cancelled and they jumped in last minute. We really appreciated the team.
