What training do you provide your crew members?

Our movers are all evaluated on being polite, accomodating, and improvisational. When hiring, we only evaluate movers who have a minimum of 5 years of experience, and they are then assigned a small course to verify their experience. On average only one out of ten candidates pass the test.
