I had to arrange for helpers over a hundred miles away, and they arrived when promised and did exactly what the job called for. I had booked three helpers, but the job leader said two would be enough. The order was modified and the partial refund showed up on my bank statement a couple of days later with no prompting by me. I needed certainty long distance, and I got it. I'm very pleased.

They were running late arriving, but kept me informed by cell phone. I told them that their review would be written by the "unloading crew" at my destination, so they did a good job loading. It took a little longer than I was expecting, BUT they load a tight load and I had no damage at the destination. The unloading guys said they did good.
