Smooth Moves did an incredibly AWESOME job loading our 26 ft rental truck. They were able to put everything in the truck that was going in way that nothing will move while we travel across the country and had everything packed in there from floor to the ceiling. They were fast and extremely efficient. I will definitely use Smooth Move in the future.

Smooth Moves was on time and they showed up with less than 24 hour notice. They were careful not to damage furniture, and worked pretty hard. They managed to make everything fit in truck, but we did need an extra 1/2 hour which I was ok with. I would definitely use them again, because price was very reasonable and saved my back!

Even though they called that they were running late, they showed up even later. Some of them smelled like alcohol at 10:30 in the morning. One worker wanted to negotiate the terms and get paid more money. Another worker urinated on the side of the building, when there were bathrooms available in our apartment. Four out five office pieces of furniture were chipped and scratched. They took a lot of breaks. And at the end they were in such a hurry to leave that quite a few more items were damaged. I would not recommend this company. This was not the original company quoted, their reviews were fantastic. But hireahelper called us and changed the company.
