Initially they didn’t show up because the third party (hire-a-helper) canceled the appointments and I was waiting around until i called and got people out to my location. The movers were nice, but upon further inspection of the furniture after they had left I found the unit they loaded was very disorganized (hard to search through) and several points of damage on furniture and our very expensive bed frame. I’ll admit I felt bad because one of the movers hurt his hand moving a piece of furniture, but It made sense why because they didn’t bring any straps, braces or dollys or equipment of any kind and this caused a lot of difficulty and extra time. Not worth the price and I tipped fair for their time so I feel quite let down. Especially because we may have to repack everything again which complete puts us over our moving schedule and because we have to repair or replace our stuff now.

This team came through in a pinch when another team told me, while on the road, that they could not accommodate our selected time frame. They were wonderful to work with and I could not have been happier with them.

At first I was not going to rate them but after thinking about it I felt I had to. This is because of how many times one of this gentleman kept bringing something he accidentally did to my attention. Such as breaking a leg off my futon, a few scratches to furnitures and walls. They put lamps in the passenger side of the truck and forgot them there. I was paying for three helpers at my move from place there was times I only seen one. Majority of the time I seen two at both places. The third guy stayed outside. I should have just paid for two helpers instead of three. This might be why they went over. I made my reservation 1/17 for 2/15. If you read their profile it says they do TV Mounting. In my job description it says I need them to unmount and Mount two tv’s. This is the reason why I chose them above everyone else because of what they clearly say in there profile which I took a screenshot. I would not had an issue with the overage in time if all three worked the entire time and their profile was not false advertising. I had to pay extra for tv mounting, plus the overage in time. Also they could have read my job description of what was needed of my job and called me to me know they could not fulfill my job. It was to late to get any one else. Hire a helper tired to find someone that could fulfill everything last minute. They really need to update their profile saying un-mounting of tvs only not tv mounting. They were nice guys and all but could have been a better experience work wise.

Wonderful job!! Great team!!! Justin was unbelievably helpful in coordinating and working with me (my mistake of putting in the wrong date). He was so helpful and his customer service was on point!! Thank you for making this a great experience for us! After being in the military and moving constantly, this was by far the best in customer service and work ethic we’ve seen! Thanks again for going the extra mile!! Would wholeheartedly recommend!!

Dre and Michael from Miracle Movers showed up within hours of a same-day request to help with an emergency job moving several book shelves and heavy chest of drawers up two flights of stairs at our home. (Our 120-year old farmhouse has a tight-winding staircase that makes a difficult move even more complicated and harrowing.) They were prompt, professional, personable and super-creative problem-solvers.Truly amazing, positive energy! We couldn't be more grateful for their help or impressed by their dedication and work.
