Service was scheduled for 11-12pm for helpers only. Only after a phone call did they eventually show at 1:30 pm.
It was a very small move, only 2 rooms of furniture, and when we arrived to our new state we realized that the 55" large screen tv and mounting bracket were not on the truck.
The company makes it VERY difficult to file a claim.
Would NOT recommend using this company. Obviously they don't vet their workers.
