Two great guys who worked hard and ended before 2 hours. Very professional and pleasant. Did a great job packing our 26 foot rental truck that took us 900 miles without any shifting or damage to our stuff. Thank you Terrance and Darek

35 minutes late beyond the window. Unprepared for the weight of the furniture. Didn’t load the truck in an efficient manor so I had to move things myself after they left. They were exhausted by the end and careless...banged up some walls in my house that we just had professional painters do. Also marred up a dresser by not covering it before placing a metal chair on top. Broke a piece off our headboard that had to be glued by my husband. One worker almost passed out from hunger, heat, exhaustion...told me he hadn’t eaten that morning. I spent $10 on beverages for them and $8 on burgers. One worker was mad at the end and started telling the boss off. It was a hard move. I tipped each of them $20 understanding it was a tough day. I don’t think they were prepared for heavy furniture and stairs.

First thing the did was drop my gentleman’s wardrobe. They did not strap anything to the dolly Asked me for pins for the dolly as it was broken. They then dropped another table Most importantly they loaded the pod poorly and in a unstable manner

The crew worked very hard to get almost everything in the truck in a timely manner and wrapped the furniture to protect it.

They did well. Arrived early and waited on me to arrive. I was ten mins late. They worked hard organizing and loading the truck. Some of my belongings where loaded to the back of the truck that I specifically asked to put on truck last. Its probably more professional not to arrive smelling like marijuana and to not spit on the ground in front of someone's home. But overall. I was pleased and happy with service. Thank you

Horrible and worse moving experience ever! I would never hire them again.
I was offered 4 helpers for the price of 2 quoted by two man in a truck.
Helper 1 arrived with alcohol smell, asked for the bathroom and came out with Juan pants peed all over.
Helper 2 was 6 months pregnant with no underwear not bra.
Helper 3 was overweighted and barely moving

All of them argued the home time between them, debating on who should be doing what..
They didn’t wear a face mask nor gloves.
Barely had any equipment, moving stuff from upstairs took them forever and was difficult
Their truck wasn’t big enough to fit all my stuff and we have to leave items in the garage to pick them up later
My stuff was extremely compressed, they broke a body weight scale
The process requires to call the center at the end of the moving but, after 15 mins of waiting we decided to hang off.
Never never again... don’t go cheap

I received a call from my movers around 9:30am saying they would arrive within 30-45 minutes (my window was from 9-10am). When they didn't show up until 10:45am, I was a little skeptical about their professionalism. However, all 3 were extremely nice, hardworking, and came prepared. They were very efficient and I couldn't believe how well they loaded and packed our Pod. They were very respectful of our property and made sure to check in with us if we were ok with packing something a certain way. I would definitely use them again despite our slightly rocky start.

We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.

Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.

Moving helpers and drivers are required to train through Movers Academy to become specialist at packing , loading and driving.
