They did a really good job and worked very hard. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they were very late to begin the job; 1.5 hrs late to be exact. Once I got over that initial issue, I was very impressed by City Express' service. They did an excellent job of wrapping the furniture and of moving large pieces of furniture around small entryways and hallways.

Hire a helper was the only company that could get me moved out ASAP. They requested a company named q's. The guys where organized and very fast. The move was smooth and easy.

Frank and his helper were ten minutes early and got straight to work. They made quick work of my apartment, wrapping and securing anything that needed it. Unloading was very fast, and they even helped put my bed frame together and arranged some of the furniture. They didn't break a single thing and everything was right on schedule. This was absolutely the easiest and best move I've ever had, and it was at a great price. I'd recommend City Express to anyone who needs to move in NYC.

The team was punctual and one day they were before time. They did everything that we wanted them to do. They were well behaved, respectful, polite and friendly.
