I had to email this company multiple times to get correspondence about my address update . they called the day of my move and said they were hung up with another move could they come the next day. I asked what time and never heard from them again, Turns out they didn’t tell the truth and said to customer service that they couldn’t find my apartment then said They never received my email about my updates about my apartment even though they responded to my email when I made changes, then tried to dispute the fact that they never showed.it was a big waste of my time and day booking them for them to turnaround and do a no show. I would never book with them ever again.

Please don’t rely on this company. I had them booked well in advance to unload a truck upon my arrival to Florida. I left North Carolina at 4:30am to be sure I arrived well ahead of my scheduled time to have my truck unloaded. 3 hrs prior to unload time, I received a text message asking me if there was any way they could unload my truck the following day because they were short on people. He said that they would do the job for free the following day because of this. My truck had to be returned by 10:30 am the next morning and he said they could be there at 7am, so I agreed, not having much choice! I didn’t hear anything from them the following morning at all so at 7:18 am I texted to find out their arrival time. I received a reply back that their crew was in an accident that morning and he would let me know if they would still make it. If that is true, I do truly hope they were ok, however given the circumstances, I find it a little hard to believe because no one even called to say they were on the way, reached out to let me know something happened, they were delayed, or not coming. I had to reach out to them myself. I never heard back from anyone from this company. I had to find another mover that same day. I lost my unlimited mileage on my truck rental due to the truck being returned late on a one way rental and I was charged a higher rate, mileage, plus an additional day. A company should be upfront from the beginning if they can’t provide the service and allow you time to make other arrangements, which this company failed to do. A simple “I’m sorry, but I’m short staffed and unable to complete your move so you should make other arrangements” would have been the professional approach and if the following morning the crew was in an accident, at least a follow up by someone at some point in the day letting me know they would not be coming at all.

Quick work and very polite young men. Arrived early and got started right away. Goal was to load a 8x8 Pod with one bedroom in two hours, which they did in an hour. For the most part they did a really good and would have given 5 stars had they spent a little time re-thinking the load. There was one (heavy) credenza that needed be loaded; however, they didn't feel it would fit. Once they left I went and moved a few things around and got it along with the things I needed to move. No matter what they were still a big help..

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We refund up to one unused hour over our min..

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
