I would recommend them again. They moved as quickly as possible and were concerned about possible rain so got the items off the truck and under cover quickly and then distributed to various rooms.

So much damage to my belongings. Brand new furniture purchased from Havertys last year damaged. Many pieces damaged beyond repair. They did not shrink wrap most of the items that I told them they needed to wrap. I provided all blankets and shrink wrap. They barely used the shrink wrap and I had to help them with the wrapping. Noah was the boss and he left several guys behind to do the stacking. Fragile bosses were stacked under furniture. A charcoal grill was loaded on top of tubs and fragile boxes that were labelled! Ugh...so frustrated at this time because I was given repeated reassurance this would not happen. Their foreman returned to my home also displeased with their packing because they hadn't tied anything down. When I opened the trailer things had obviously shifted. Noah had to go to the store to purchase string, not rope! The gentlemen here now who are unloading said they've never witnessed this before...the poor quality of packing. I could go on, but prefer to speak to a manager. I want to begin a claim, although this will not resolve the obvious...you cannot replace special sentimental pieces that are so scuffed up and/or chipped.
Instead, please email pictures of damages so that we can proceed with your claim. Because we are confident in the job we did, we would be surprised to see any pictures of damaged items at all. Regardless, we are just a phone call away. Thank you.

They showed up a few minutes after the time designated but they made good progress when they started and worked hard for the entire time. There was one piece of furniture that was broken during the move. I am not sure that it can be repaired as the one guy suggested. They had their own equipment and knew how to load and pack a truck. Overall I know they tried to get the heaviest pieces in the truck to help me get everything packed.
