As if moving wasn't stressful enough, this company made it 10 times worse. They said they were arriving "after lunch". I assumed they meant 1:00. I called to check on them around 11:00 to see if they could come a bit earlier and she said no so we kept the original time. I then get a call around 12:00 saying they were in the neighbourhood but they had already told me that they could not come earlier so I was not prepared. I had asked her to send them to lunch and come back at 1:00 which was the original time. She agreed to do that. When 1:45 came around and they still had not arrived, I called her and she said that they were there at 12:00 and that I had refused them! I never even met them at the door! I explained to her that I was moving out of the country in 2 days and that they needed to come back. She said that they went to another job and that she will try to have them come back when they were done. I never heard from her again. Truly a horrible experience and inept company. Do yourself a favour and go with another company.
