Two young kids showed up and seems did not have enough experiences. Also they showed up very exhausted. It was the worst experience of moving. I would not recommend this company.

There was only one thing and it was my fault, they forgot to tie down my items and I had the items in the house but forgot to tell them. But I will be telling my friends about them I think this is great and they were really hard worker and friendly.

I underestimated my moving requirements, however the Top Flight guys jumped right in, told me what to go get while they worked, and we finished ahead of schedule with no major incidents. Would definitely recommend for anyone ! One less star than max as i had tried several times to confirm arrangements but no response to VM.

The movers arrived on time and worked steadily until the pod was full. With careful planning and experience they got far more stuff into the pod than I imagined was possible. I waited until I arrived at my destination and unpacked before I wrote this review and I am pleased to say that there was no major damage and even my glass table arrived in perfect condition.
