They were on time, they worked very hard, and they were prepared! I was worried everything wouldn’t fit in our truck but they packed it great!! They were respectful of my property and I would recommend them to anyone!! Will use them again.

A little late arriving, but still finished sooner than the scheduled time. Respected our property and did an excellent job of moving into storage unit in a very space efficient manner. Hope to use them again when our house finally closes.

Multiple damages were discovered by the unloading crew. Helpers from Texas Moving Center did not properly protect my furniture items when loading. I provided pads and multiple sheets of cardboard for protection, but pads were not properly positioned and very little cardboard was used. Top section of my roll-top desk was loaded on its side (the weakest point) and broke apart during the move. Total of 10 pieces of furniture were damaged during the move by the carelessness of this crew.
Helpers were more concerned about finishing the job quickly rather than properly protecting my furniture. They finished two-hours early and I was not offered a refund for that time, and one of the three helpers showed up an hour and a half late.
I would never use this company again.

Guys showed up early, it was also raining but didn't slow them down a bit. I am very satisfied with the service they provided. Thanks really took a a lot of the stress out of moving.!

Alex and Geronimo were great. They called to tell me they’d be about an hour late, but they finished well within the original allotted time window. Yes, I’d use them again.
