Nothing but great things to say. The company communicated very well prior to move day & the morning of move day. They were punctual and very hard working. Very organzied approached which maximized the work within the time frame hired. No damages occurred. Very freindly-professional manner. I'd highly recommend them!

My movers were Tom and Speedy and they were fantastic! Not only did they arrive early, but they went above and beyond. Most respectable, communicated with me throughout to make certain they were getting everything, had me take a periodic walk thru and look at the POD to see if I approved AND somehow a baby opossum was in my house,(not from them coming in and out, it got in before they came.), and they captured and released it !! Which, by the way, was NOT as easy as you would think. They were efficient, polite and quick. I couldn't be happier. Tom had me walk thru twice to be certain they had everything before they left just to be on the safe side. Not only do I recommend them, but I hope I get them when my POD returns.

They came to my house after another job. Communicated throughout, called when they were on their way and gave me a arrival estimate. They worked efficiently and packed my storage container. They fit everything I wanted to put in it plus a couple of other items. I definitely would not have been able to pack it and fit all the items. They were done with time to spare. He explained everything, had me look at the container to make sure I was satisfied. Moving that Worx was great and I would definitely hire them again.

Tom and Malique did a terrific job moving furniture into our new home. They treated our furniture as if it was their own, made sure the doorways were and railings were padded so nothing got damaged. They placed everything where we requested and helped assemble the furniture. They were definitely some of the best movers we have ever used. I was very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Based on the level of communication and professionalism prior to the move I thought things would go well. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service I received. Some of my items were not handled with care and despite having quite a bit of help from my family, the movers wanted to charge me an extra $100 to move my sofa because it didn’t fit in the elevator. I will not be using them again.
