They communicated via email, text, and phone. They were running late and let me know very early on. When they arrived they were ready to go and also brought an extra helper to compensate for any inconvenience. We did a walk-through to see all that needed to be loaded into the POD. Steve confirmed every step of the way in regard to confirming what goes and what stays....because we had things in both the house and garage that were staying.
They were careful with the items that were fragile and needed special care. When they strapped in the corner cabinet, I was asked to get something to put behind the cabinet so the ratchet wouldn't damage the wood.
I was just hoping to get the heavy furniture loaded by them. I never expected that they would complete the job and get EVERYTHING loaded.
It was a great experience and YES, I would highly recommend them!

My helpers were great! They worked with me when things went wonky with the schedule (I did have to pay a reschedule fee, but it was fair) and Steve would fit me into his schedule. They arrived on time and worked appropriately fast. They were respectful of my stuff, my home, and myself. I would absolutely ask for their help again.

The entire team Steve, Phil, Tony, Tracy and Lynit were amazing they really treat and move your stuff as if it was theirs. Such a good care in every item. I was so worry about my dining table as it is unique in mechanics and all glass they carried it and placed it as well as they assembled hassle free. They are extremely polite and give genuine care to every single item box etc. Thank you so much for making the set up on the new apt flawless and carefully. You really are the best of the best .

Oh my goodness! Steve and his crew were fantastic!! They were professional, polite, hardworking, respectful and didn’t stop until everything was loaded. And Steve is truly an expert loader! He was able to get everything into 1 less pod than I had ordered and with room to spare. He called ahead of time to make sure he had a good understanding of what was being loaded and the layout of the driveway. I was very impressed with his pre-planning efforts. This helped tremendously with the live load. I give him/them the highest score allowed-and beyond!! So so so very pleased!!!
