Great experience w/ Thunder Movers. The team was timely, professional, and pleasant to work with. They did a great job of packing our two storage containers to maximize the space and somehow managed to fit everything in. After their great work today, we will plan on using them again in a few weeks to move into our new house. I also felt their rates were the most competitive of the companies I researched.

Great service. The guys were very courteous and efficient. They called ahead to say they were on their way and they arrived right on time. They handled all of our items carefully and I would definitely use them again.

I was VERY unhappy with the service. I confirmed with the movers 2 days beforehand for a noon appointment and they immediately pushed it back to "2 or 3 o'clock" and didn't ask for my name or address.
The day before, we found out there was going to be a snow storm so I emailed in to make sure they were going to come, no response. I called again the morning of and left a message asking them to confirm they would still be coming due to the storm. No response again.
At 2:15pm, three guys showed up in different cars. They seemed like they were just hired off the street for the job. No uniforms, no car business tags, and they didn't even seem to know each other. While we had a lot of stuff to fit in our pod, they did not even attempt to pack it with any sort of strategy. They just started loading stuff in and claimed we couldn't fit a tv console! It was ridiculous. My husband ended up standing outside in the snow instructing them on how to do their job! When we are paying almost $300 for a moving service into a pod, not even moving back out later, I expected them to at least be able to have some spacial knowledge and plan of attack. We paid for up to 2 hours of service, but they were clearly there to do it as quickly as possible and move on to the next job. They were out in less than 45 minutes
DO NOT USE THUNDERMOVERS!!!! The reviews on this site are great for them, but I was extremely disappointed and ripped off. We even have to leave some stuff behind because of their lack of competence.

They were excellent! Tarcio and his buddy Daniel showed up on time and moved crazy fast. I provided the truck, but they provided some extra supplies (rope, dollies, etc.) that helped expedite the process and pack things in tightly. I booked them for 3 hours to move the contents of a 1 bedroom apartment and they finished within that time frame, 45 minutes of which was spent in the commute between the 2 places. They were respectful of our property and I would use them again!

I recently had Thunder Movers help me move some large items into a storage container. they did a great job with the heavy items getting them down 2 flights of stairs without wall or furniture damage and got the job done in half the time I expected. they were great guys and I will hire them again when I move into our new home.

Made last minute arrangement (made reservation at 11:00am for 3:00pm). The two guys showed up in time with everything they needed, got right to it and made short work of the job. Highly recommended. Will use them in future.
