I used this service in large measure due to their 4.8 rating on Hire a Helper, so I'm going to give an honest review so others can benefit from my experience.
Pros:
Arrived on time.
Packed my PODS well to efficiently use the available space.
Respectful and well mannered.
Apologized for mistakes made on the job.
Cons:
Damaged my wooden floors in two areas.
Hit the walls with furniture.
Scrubbed the bottom of wooden furniture on the threshold of my door.
Needed lots of direction.
Worked at a slower pace than the movers used on previous moves.
I believe three of the four gentlemen on the job had worked together for some time and did a good job. The fourth was less experienced and more careless. He caused many of the issues.
Would I use this team again... No.

These young men did an excellent job. They worked nonstop for hours getting my belongings moved. I highly recommend them for their hard work and great attitudes. I would use them again without hesitation.

They were on time. Actually before time, they were kind enough to call me to inform that they finished a job early. If I was available, they were willing to come early. There was no lag time from start to finish. Very hard working, considerate and helpful. I felt at ease. I knew I was in good hands.

Movers fine. Sometimes Hire a Helper sends "kids from the ghetto" types. After getting over the initial appearance, they seem OK. You may want to screen your companies a bit more, however, to avoid the shock value or feelings of skittishness associated with the tattooine.

The 2 guys did a great job. Had a supervisor along (3rd) that did help a little as well. Very courteous and friendly.
Paid for 3 hrs but only needed 1 1/2 hrs to unload the heavy furniture into the house, so I used up a 1/2 hr to move boxes to the basement from the garage. Unfortunately they were not allowed to use the last hour I paid for to put some furniture together to use up the last hr. Keep that in mind that unloading takes a lot less time then loading when prepaying. I would use them again.
