I was unsure if I needed to book 2 or 3 hours with 2 workers because I didn't know how quickly things would go. They worked from the minute they started until the job was complete and never dragged their heels about carrying all my heavy furniture even down a flight of stairs. Hiring this company was the least stressful part of my moving experience. I recommend them to anyone looking to get quality work ethic and helpfulness

They called and told me they were on their way and they arrived a little before the designated time. As soon as they arrived they started to work and they worked until the job was done. They were polite, respectful, and very helpful in putting things together like the beds and hooking up the washer and dryer. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone moving into or out of the central Texas area.

I would highly recommend hiring from this company, the guys we hired worked hard unloading my moving van. It was evident of their hard work by the hustle they showed after each load. Immediately after the unload they furiously worked and set up the washer dryer as well as bedroom furniture. Highly reccommended.

Good overall value for the money. The lead man sure wanted to chat a lot and tell me his life story. The other two guys worked efficiently and moved quickly. I would use them again to unload only. I am not sure their loading skills would be that good.

The crew was on time but instead of three people only two showed up, stating that they would work three hours instead of two. They worked hard at first but when half of the truck was loaded they really slowed down, it was obvious they were stalling time. The truck was loaded but there was plenty of things to do inside - like they told me that they would fit the TV stand in the truck if they took it apart, they never did. They left 30 minutes earlier. I was so stressed about the move I didn't even think to ask for help inside the house - take furniture apart, move furniture for donations out of the rooms, etc. they never ask if they could still do anything. I had to higher neighborhood teenagers the next day to unload half of the truck and to load it again to fit the things that the crew couldn't fit. I am a single mom and I feel like I was taken advantage off :(

We hired Agent V to help us unload for a second story one-bedroom apartment in Temple. We signed up for a time slot between 3-4pm. They originally thought they would arrive around 3, and they arrived around 4...so very punctual for an afternoon schedule. What I really appreciated is that they were in good communication with us as they called to let us know they were running a little late, gave us an approximate arrival time, and also called to let us know when they were on their way. The guys did a great job, were very hard workers, very respectful to us and our belongings, and completed the job in a timely matter. We were taking some items on to another city as well, and they arranged the items left in our truck for secure travel after they finished unloading. We would definitely recommend them and use them again!

The guys showed up a bit early and were ready to work. They had everything they needed to do the job. We had the truck and blankets ready for them. They worked hard. We initially scheduled them for 2 hours and ended up using them for three. They took care with our furniture, though I might have watched a little more carefully as a couple of pieces got banged up which was a bit disappointing.
All in all we were very pleased with the service, the effort, and the attitude of the guys. I would certainly recommend them and use them again if I need to move.
Best money we could have spent for our time.
