What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our crews are hand picked and valued for their strong work ethic and efficiency. Our moving company will always take extra care with your time and possessions. The crews will consist of 3 experienced polite movers that are experts at handling your most delicate and treasured items. We will disassemble/ reassemble, wrap, and protect your furniture and carefully transport them to your new home.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our crews will phone with an accurate ETA and when they arrive your crew chief will introduce himself and crew. Your crew will have tools, blankets, plastic wrap, dollies and any other packing materials needed to protect and move your belongings. They will then ask for a walkthrough to see what will be being moved and they will ask you questions about any items that need special considerations. They will present you with a bill of lading explaining the terms of your contract. Then they will begin.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We depend on a team environment with open and respectful communication. We have established processes for how to disassemble, wrap, and move furniture in a safe way. Each employee is trained in how to achieve complete these processes efficiently. New and unseasoned employees are paired with more experienced employees to learn and master each process. Weekly training meeting are held to address and retrain employees on each process or to adapt a more efficient process.
