The hire men were friendly and did their job good. They worked hard and were very respectful of my property and goods However it took them longer-nearly 10 hours than I had with other company to load and unload from my old house to a truck and then from the truck to the storage units which other company did for 8 hours.

I highly recommend Allstate Moving and Storage! I've moved plenty of times in my life and I can say with confidence that I never experienced such a high caliber Moving Company like Allstate Moving and Storage.
As an example, 1 piece of glass broke and the crew member that broke it took full responsibility for it! Things do break etc. Whenever you move. Big difference when a mover takes full responsibility for breaking the glass as most movers I've used in the past don't tell you that they broke something. Not with Allstate Moving and Storage. The owner went out of his way to make sure we were happy with his crew and I have never experienced a owner calling me or emailing me, let alone knowing their name! Jacob is the owner and you can easily tell he truly cares about his Customers! We own quite a few antiques that are over 175 years to 200 years old and they are very fragile. There wasn't a scratch or Nick on any of them! The quality of his Moving Crew is clearly heads and tails above any Movers I've used in the past! Lastly, his crew was very polite and respectful toward my wife and I. Any questions we asked any of them was responded with "No problem, we can do that!" Or "Thank you, excuse me, if there is anything you want moved to another place in your house, say the word and we will move it!" Always making sure we were happy with what they were doing! Which is very impressive as most movers I've had in the past want to put our furniture to one spot and you don't realize it's not where you wanted it placed and their gone! Not Allstate Moving and Storage. They also have priceless experience in moving all over our furniture into just 3 PODS! I truly thought we would need at least 5 PODS! with their experience they easily saved us a additional $1,500.00! It was also great that they all behaved with a true sense of caring as if it was their furniture they were moving! I Highly Recommend to anyone that is moving. The level of Professionalism was with everyone of their Crew members! Lastly, my wife forgot to bring the keys to our new home and the Allstate Moving and Storage Crew waited for me over an entire hour to bring the keys to unlock our home and they never complained! In fact, the owner Jacob, didn't charge me anything! It was clearly our mistake that made them have to wait! I assumed I would have to pay for our mistake in making his moving Crew wait an entire hour! The owner Jacob, emailed me and said, "I understand how easy it is to forget to bring the keys to your new home. Even so, I will not charge you for the 1 Hour delay!" It was clearly our mistake that I expected to pay for. But to my surprise, the owner Jacob did not charge me anything! They were incredible and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Mike, the job captain, was great. He was polite, respectful of our belongings, and very hard working. His assistant was a hot mess. He took a smoke break after only 15 minutes. Dropped some items, fortunately only plastic tubs filled with clothes, and had to be cautioned that furniture items were valuable and needed to be treated with care. Didn't get his name and hate to penalize Mike due to the association.
