The crew showed up on time; they packed the truck professionally, it only took them two hours to move everything from the house into the truck, no items were damaged or scratch during the moving process. And, for the icing on top, Witmer's Moving was the best price in town. It doesn't get better than that.

They were running 15 minutes late, but we received a call informing us of this. Charlie and Henderson were our two movers. They certainly knew what they were doing. They handled my antique furniture very carefully, wrapped and secured it in the truck. Worked very efficiently and steady. I will use them again

I reserved two helpers for three hours through Witmer's. One showed up and said his partner was parking. Well 1 hr goes by of the single helper doing what he can to unload boxes and the second guy still hadn't shown up. Ultimately I had to help the laborer unload my truck, including the heavy furniture. HireAHelper's customer service was helpful, as I called them in real-time and they documented everything thoroughly. They called the owner of Witmer's and said that he agreed that I should only have to pay for one laborer's time. Ultimately the situation was made right by adjusting the cost but I was still not happy that I had to move my own heavy furniture. That's the reason I gave three stars.

These movers were very careless. They just threw the. Stuff in the trailer causing significant damage. Our Dining room set chair and table top had significant damage. I could enclose the picture if there was a provision. There was damage to a number of other items. This happened even after providing them with moving blankets. I considered them professionals and did not oversee the loading. Also it was drizzling outside they took no steps while loading items from finished basement. The stairs were so dirty that these had to be shampooed.i will not recommend them for hiring.
