When I ordered this service I specifically requested someone who could pack a container with expertise. I have moved many times before, but I have no experience with packing into a container. These gentleman packed the container haphazardly and the items were not packed in. I gave the gentleman several bundles of rope (300') to secure items in container, and they used about 30' to strap in all items. I am afraid to see how many broken items are in container upon delivery across country. If items were packed properly, I would have had half a storage container to pack more items, instead it was packed randomly. I will not use this service again, nor will I recommend it. They came a half an hour early, left 2 hours later. They had tools to take my bed apart.

They called to confirm the morning of the move-in. Even added an extra helper to help it go faster. We were moving a long distance, and I found Hire-a-Helper and C&R Movers to be very easy and helpful. No damage to property and they came prepared. Hard workers. Super courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Used twice for POD moves into and out of Prattville. Zero complaints. Arrived on time and worked fast with nothing damaged. Also took the time to cover the apartment door frames to protect them. Don't hesitate to hire C & R!

We've moved with 'professional' movers 7 times. Charles and his team from C&R Movers where easily the best movers we've ever had. They were on time, professional, friendly, hard working and very fast. I only wished I had found them sooner! I would use them again and highly recommend them.

These guys were fantastic! They arrived on time and immediately tackled the task of filling our 16-foot storage container. They meticulously wrapped each piece with plastic wrap and handled the job flawlessly! There were no marks made to any walls even after negotiating a trick stairway. They wasted no time and packed more into the container than I imagined possible! I would highly recommend Charles and Ken with C&R for their promptness, courtesy, work-ethic and attention to detail!

These guys are great, they showed on time and jumped right in the truck and started unpacking. When I asked them what they wanted me to do, they said I should sit back and just supervise, ( that's exactly what I wanted to hear after I had just worked all night ). They also had absolutely no complaints about the big hill they had to carry everything up to get it to the house, they just kept on moving. Despite My horrible packing skills, they still had my entire 26' truck unloaded before my 2 hour mark! Well worth the money, and I will be using them again next time.

They arrived early, reviewed each each room to determine items that needed to be packed, When right to work, within 2.75 hours a 26 foot Uhaul truck was packed. From floor to ceiling and front to back. There was no empty space. They did an excellent job. Friendly, and professional.

theses company did a poor job by loading heavy items on top of furniture. When the truck was unloaded, all the furniture was scratched, a panel in a glass cabinet was broken, boxes marked fragile containing glass and ceramic dishes were smashed, and a wood wine cabinet had all its legs broken due to heavy boxes loaded on top of it.
