Once they arrived, they padded and loaded my furniture. Only using two men instead of the three I'd ordered and paid for - John volunteered to call and reduce the fee on hireahelper.com. When I called once the job was completed the fee was changed. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family. OHHH - they also collected all of my donations that I would have had to get rid of since no other non-profit was able to pick up the items for weeks. THANKS!
