Our 2 helpers arrived promptly at the ETA they had communicated earlier. They were respectful, pleasant, and worked VERY hard! Got everything we needed into the house in 2 hours. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Rob and Jeff showed up right on time. They were very friendly and accommodating. We booked them for 3 hours and they had everything done in about 2 and a half. They treated everything carefully and did a great job packing out POD. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

The crew of Robert, Jeff and Jarrod, did a great job. They moved quickly and had my POD packed in less than 2 hours. They were respectful and courteous. I was kept aware of their arrival time and they were prompt. I will be calling again to have my POD unpacked and request the same crew. I wanted to give them 5 stars....UNTIL the 2 movers got into a verbal altercation over how to move a storage cabinet. As the altercation was escalating, and the M-f**king language started, my husband ran out to try and calm the situation. Once the movers settled down and started moving the cabinet, it somehow broke, spilling the contents all over the patio! My husband told them both to get away, he would clean up the mess himself! They at no time offered to right the situation or replace the cabinet. They were very hard working, respectful and on time. However, I would not use them again. This was strictly an unload.

Mover's response:

I'm sorry about my crew challenging each other and if they said unprofessional language about the piece , it can happen to the best of us movers... as far as the piece that broke while there were carrying, they warned u that cabinet had to be empty or we won't move it. unless at your own risk, because it's against our policy to carry the piece full and u gave them permission to move it IMPROPERLY. so how dare you ask us to do anything about the cabinet now when we clearly told you that we will

The two men who moved my belongings were very professional and they showed up exactly on time. They worked diligently and did not stop until the POD was 100% full, front to back and top to bottom. I would recommend them without hesitation. In fact I really hope that I get the same two men when it comes time to unload my POD. I have total faith in them. These 2 gentlemen arrived on time (15 minutes early), introduced themselves in a courteous manner, toured the site and got to work. They worked very well together, and communicated with me throughout the move. They had extra supplies which came in handy. They completed the move with no damage. Hard working and very professional. I would certainly use them again. Highly recommended!
