Bryan and Keith were great. They were calm, careful, and competent. I used Cubes rather than a truck, so they really had to "work a jigsaw puzzle" to get in all in and properly secured. They did such a good job that I only used 3 Cubes instead of 4, so they saved me money too! Thanks, Guys!

Third time I have used Busy Bee and am still just as pleased as I was the first time. I recommend them highly.

First, They were late, they had no direction for over and hour. Their so called Boss Man was not there with them for another hour. It took 5 hours to move pre boxed and marked boxes for a 2 bedroom apt. 1 Queen Bed, 2 Flat Screen Tv's, 2 night stands, 1 Dresser and Mirror,1 sofa, 1 love seat, 1 end table, 1 coffee table, 2 file cabitnets, 3 chair office, 2 fold up tables. 2 computters 2 printers.
I had to spend 3 hours of repacking after traveling 50 miles with no help. They where un professional, slow and wanted more and more money.
I will never used them again it was the wqorst experince I have every had with so called professional moving labor help.

You failed to mention that you needed disassembly, padding and stretch wrapping of your furniture which takes much longer than two hours and I explained that to you before we started, where's the problem with that? Your girlfriend was very pleased with the work we did especially being as though it was her stuff and "you" were paying as she made very clear!

I would hire this company again. They were on time, friendly and completed the work. I was previously assigned to two other companies, one cancelled and the other was a no show. Definitely use Busy Bee's.

I was very satisfied with "Brian's Busy Bees."
We moved from Maryland to Texas and needed help unloading our Packrats Storage. Brian and Jacque were extremely polite, pleasant and accomplished the work that we required them to do. I would highly recommend Brian's Busy Bee for any type of job they specialized in.

Busy Bee is a great company. This is the second time i've worked with them. They have have great communication, arrive to the location on time or earlier, and are very fast and efficient workers!
I have posted their business cards around my office for others to contact them.

They Contacted me and work with the time i needed them to unlodad the only problem was they were two and half hours late. I unloaded most of the boxes before they arrvied. Left the heavy stuff for them.Only took them about ten minutes. I had to return the U-haul before 6:00 so I could'nt wait any longer to unload.

This was my experience...The concern started when Brian asked if the time could be changed from 2:00 to 5:00. This was a 5 hour job. I didn't think it was a good idea so he kept it at 2 and did arrive a little early. I confirmed that I would need some packing help, and he said he would bring a couple of women and I could just pay them $15 an hour. It didn't state in the contract that it would be a separate deal. Anyway, I specifically asked if they were professional packers and he stated of course, that's all I use. Great so Brian arrived with his help. They all were very nice and professional. I show Brian the house and what needed to go on the truck. My house was filled with furniture and boxes, but not everything was to go. I asked him if he wanted me to mark the things that were priority and he said no that he was confident that he could fit everything I wanted to go, and that he's been doing this for 10 years. I showed him all the extra blankets and rope I had in case he needed to use them. The 2 packers arrived. They happened to be his girlfriend and her teenage daughter. I didn't say anything, just waited for the results of the first box. Well, thank God it was a small box. I happened to be passing by as she just finished taping and picked it up to move it aside. The contents were shaking all around. I opened the box and knew this was probably the first box this girl had ever packed in her life. So now I try to find something for her to do that would not risk any damage to my things. I spent more time explaining how to do things and overlooking her shoulder than getting anything accomplished. I became very stressed. Soon I see the truck half full and the big most important things are still left in the house and I question Brian about it all being able to fit. We are at 4 hours now, and when I reminded him what still needed to go he didn't say anything. I insisted he make an assessment and let me know how much more can fit. Well, sure enough the last things on the truck were the most important. He put my dining table but no chairs. I now couldn't take them all and what I could had to go in a wardrobe box which I needed for my clothes that had to remain behind. My furniture was not protected properly. I have high end furniture, and he knew it because he wanted to work a trade for some of my things. I can go on and on. I had 2 sets of inline skates( mine and my daughters) in a box to go and he took them out for some reason and put one pair back in, but one of each size. He brought 1 of 3 barstools I needed, and loaded stuff that was to be taken to the salvation army. It was just crazy. At the end when he realized that he didn't estimate things properIy or maybe didn't really listen in the beginning, it was like he just wanted to hurry and get it done. He seemed impatient. When the truck was full he decides to tell me he was going to drive the truck to Colorado that night and what time was I going to be there. Also, he said it will be $95 for the packers. Well the unloaders in CO and I both expected a Monday morning delivery. I didn't have a plane ticket yet and planned on leaving on the last flight out Sunday. There was still so much left in the house that needed to go to Colorado. I was put in a very bad situation. I scrambled to get a ticket that would put me in CO in the afternoon. There was 1 seat left on the plane. Sure enough I was bumped and ended up having to leave on the last flight anyway. I text him what happened, told him I wouldn't be at my home until 10:00pm. He arrived between 3 or 4 and called me and said where do I want him to put the truck. I'm new there I have no idea. The unloaders were not available at all on Sunday. He went to the apt mgmt office and they told him where he could park the truck, she spoke to me and that was the last I heard before I went to the airport, AGAIN. The communication was never clear throughout this whole job. His attitude changed dramatically when I refused to pay him before I saw the truck and received the keys. He just wanted to dump it and go.The trust ended along time before. So there was no way I would give him anymore money before I saw the truck. I had already paid half upfront and most of the gas upfront. All I was thinking was that I was being scammed. Irrational? Maybe, maybe not. It's hard to restate everything that went wrong and why I would question the legitimacy of the company. But my confirmation about this company was realized when the unloaders pointed out all the damage that had been done to my once nice furniture. I was fortunate enough to have very professional and experienced help with unloading my things. I was shown how and why the damage occurred, and how it could have been prevented with proper packing, loading and use of materials. All the materials I offered in the beginning should have been used. Not a good experience with this company. By the looks of it they probably don't have insurance either. We'll soon see.
