These guys worked hard and did not stop. They were a life saver to us after another group bailed out on us. I called on Tuesday and needed help on Wednesday and they accommodated us. They arrived on time and packed my truck tight. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

Had scheduled and confirmed for 10 AM to 11AM no one showed. Had emailed confirmation with Alex name and cell number. After leaving a couple of voice mails he answered the phone and told me he did not have me on the list form Hire A helper. I explained I had conformation and hire a helper had sent me billing information. After a couple of phone calls Alex was able to get two young men out to me at 3:30. They did a good job and were very friendly. BUT they come with nothing except muscle. You need to supply moving blankets, dollies, straps hand truck to move and protect your belongings. The day Pack Rat picked up the container they backed into with there truck denting container Just hoping no damage to my items

They both had a lot of phone calls where they would stop packing to take the call, which in the end took me over the 3 hours by more than an hour. Packing was not as good to my Tuesday packers. They weren’t able to get everything in the pod. I ended up having to scramble and find an available storage unit and then a truck to move the last of items that day as I was flying out the following day.
