Worse ever my college age daughter is in tears. They left the furniture and took the boxes instead. I reluctantly payed this. She sent me pics of everything left. I am utterly disappointed. The one guy was on his phone scrolling so much my daughter had to yell at him that they are being paid hourly... the other guy worked. Will never recommend again. I can show you pictures of how they loaded the truck...ugh!!

The movers did a fantastic job, took great care with our furniture and were speedy, worked straight through, very courteous and friendly. The reason I downgraded the rating had nothing to do with them but with the company scheduler. They were suppose to arrive between 10-11am and due to over scheduling and lack of staff ( as stated by Ray at the company) they did not arrive to do our move until 12:50. Not good.

The workers were great, but the supervisor was very good at "add on's" In addition to the Company charges, We paid him - in cash - $7.00 each for 29 moving pads, Total: $203.00 He claimed mileage to his home and back at $30.00 each way. total $ 263.00 we gave him 300.00 in cash.
I don't know if this is condoned by Hireahelper.
