Maurice and his helpers were incredibly efficient and personable. Maurice contacted me several times before that appointment to make sure I knew he was on the case. They showed up on time and finished early. They were careful in handling 90 boxes. Made sure each one went to the desired place. I highly recommend this service.

An hour and a half late showing up. It took four hours to unload a half-empty 26 foot truck to an empty curbside storage unit, but two hours to unload two bedroom sets and about 30 boxes. For comparison, it took 3 helpers four hours to load the truck from a three story house in Las Vegas. The help in Palm Bay were slower, in fact the slowest movers I have ever witnessed. I will NEVER hire their services again.
3 men = 4 hours to load from 3 story house in Las Vegas
2 men = 6 hours to unload into 1 story house and curbside storage
They were milking the time. Late showing up. Slow. Constant breaks that they charged me for.
They gave me $50 discount for being late showing up, but charged for break times.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Follow up call to confirm details about move such as address, if any gate codes, types of items to be moved, and if any moving materials are needed. We alway will bring dollies and hand-trucks and all the tools to the trade otherwise.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Years of moving experienced crews with every tool needed to get the job done in a timely manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Anything that is not done we will do with notice from packing service, to disassembling dresser mirrors and beds, hooking up appliances to be moved and electronics. Of course if it is done prior will reduce tthe total time your move takes.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled long distance moves and local moves. We have done many office moves disassembling cubicles and packing files. Generally due to our many years in moving industry our say is, "it's always the same rodeo, just a different bull". From loading and unloading truck rentals, portable containers, and the large semi tractor trailers, there is not much we haven't done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Workout while making a living! Travel within certain radius is a plus. Meeting new people and networking.
What training do you provide your crew members?
On the job training is a must. You can read and watch all the videos about swimming but you'll never learn until jumping in the water.. However we also do video training and questionnaire for moving certain types of items heavy and fragile.
