Movers arrived on time and handled my items with care. The move was challenging due to the small POD, but they made everything fit (albeit begrudgingly). Just a warning, as advertised, they truly did not have any moving equipment beyond a simple dolly--I had to run to the store to buy my own furniture blankets and ratchet straps to secure items in place (didn't know I needed the latter, but I appreciate their expertise in advising me). I ultimately would use them again, though would likely plan better regarding the POD size to avoid friction.
On a separate note, the front office rep, Jerome Jenkins, was excellent. He was easily reachable by phone, and when my POD drop-off was delayed last minute, Jerome was kind enough to reschedule my move without any additional fees. Later after my move was complete, he reached back out to make sure everything went fine. Really appreciate his help and flexibility.

I have moved about 8x during my time in Houston and haven’t ever had movers that worked as hard and efficiently as they did for me! They took fantastic care of my things and were willing to start early. Would give them more than five stars if I would. Will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Brandon led the crew of 4, and they were awesome! They were nice and friendly, but worked their hearts out. It was Texas hot, but they filled the 2 16’ PODS I initially ordered and the 8 footer I had to get rushed.. I would recommend this team to anyone needing a team.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
The utmost professionalism and mind blowing professional decorum. We aren’t here to waste your time or hard earned money.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
2-day prior confirmation Free disassembly and reassembly. You also get to watch use play Tetris with furniture.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If at all possible put items in boxes and tape them closed flat. Please notify the crew of any specialty items prior to the move date (Load/Unload).
What types of moves have you handled?
We service local, in-home, intrastate, interstate, office moves and senior citizens relocations.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people from different walks of life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Common sense training; ergonomic training....making less steps gets more done. We are attentive to the customer’s belongings.
